Our Volunteer Trips

“Travel differently, understand more” is a motto we live by.

We believe that in order to change the world, you first have to see it and understand it.

That’s why each summer we take passionate volunteers to help out at the school we work with in Ghana. These trips allow you to see first hand the lack of access to quality education that many children around the world face, as well as the opportunity to be a part of the solution.

Our volunteers work at a revolutionary school called Semanhyiya American School which is sponsored by our non profit partner, The Godfreds Foundation. Most government schools in these areas lack supplies, educated teachers, and just a general guidance system. Semanhyiya American School accomplishes all of this while giving an education most ghanians haven't seen before. The demand for this type of education is high and that is why we choose to help The Godfreds Foundation in expanding to one day create a full district.

During their stay, the volunteers will assist teachers in their classrooms, help build new rooms, build new programs, and lend their helping hands where they are needed. This experience of traveling is unlike anything else.
